Avery Sports Turf backing is approximately 60-70% green by weight. This help contribute to environmentally sustainability. Backing includes the use of BioCel™ technology. Biocel™ uses environmentally-sensitive polyurethane that replaces a large portion of the petroleum-based polymers with soybean and adds Celceram™ ( recycled product of coal combustion) for strength and stability.
